Thanks Kyle & Kristin!- PDX

Kristin Ebeling is looking to start organizing a comp for this summer in PDX. She would like some assitance. Holla if you want to help out with getting the word out, collecting donations, sponsoring the comp or whatever resources you would like to donate.

Also on Tuesdays, DOS says thanks to the ladies with a FREE skate, all sessions! Please say thanks to Kyle! He rocks.

Skate Like A Girl PDX will host girls only clinics once a month on the last Sundays of the month. 11 am – 1 pm. February 17th, March 30, April 27.

DOS (15 NE Hancock). $10 suggested donation (no one turned away for lack of funds). All ages, all abilities! It’s the perfect opportunity to learn in an encouraging, positive environment. Skate Like A Girl volunteers are there to help you learn! Meet other local girl skaters! Learn new things! Have fun!

    Hey there ladies!
Caity Aldrich here, I have helped with volunteering with you ladies I believe back in 2009(?), my friend Christie and I asked to set up the skate event at Vashon Island, but it feels like yesterday because it was so much fun! :)

Anyhow, I moved to Phoenix, AZ, and have lived here for almost three years now, and if I can help out in any way, setting up the Comp out here in PHX, please let me know. I think that it’s a brilliant idea, and the skate spots out here are great! I have met alot of girl skaters out here as well, and I think their yearnin for the community that I shared about that I felt up north in Seattle and with you ladies :) . One girl, Megan, said she saw your episode on MTV, and wanted to start a chapter out here, and it had been my dream to start one too for the girls here.

Hope all is well, and thank you for your inpsiration from states away :)

    Caity Aldrich,
